Ingredients in 2 capsules:

Turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa) - 450 mg, Boswellia serrata resin extract - 450 mg, maltodextrin, bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable cellulose capsule).

Usage: Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day after meals with water. Use regularly for 2 months. After 2 months of use, take a break.
