Chakra No. 7 (Sahasrara)

The seven chakras in our body are energy centers through which Divine energy flows.

· The first chakra is the root chakra. Color is red. Located at the base of the spine. Responsible for the foundation, a sense of security. Affects material independence, the instinct of self-preservation, food.

· Second chakra - Sacral chakra. Color - orange. Located between the navel and the base of the spine. Responsible for devotion, sexuality, the ability to accept change. Affects well-being, abundance, joy.

· Third chakra - Solar plexus chakra. Color - yellow. Located in the solar plexus. Responsible for the ability to be confident, inner peace. Affects - self-esteem, self-confidence, self-awareness.

· Fourth Chakra - Heart Chakra. Color - green, pink. Located in the center of the chest. Responsible for the ability to love, unconditional love. Effects - compassion, selflessness, inner peace, joy.

· Fifth Chakra - Throat Chakra. Color - blue. Located in the center of the neck. Responsible for the ability to communicate, express oneself, willpower. Affects - self-expression, expression of feelings and justice.

· Sixth Chakra - Third Eye Chakra. Color - indigo. Located between the eyebrows. Responsible for the ability to focus and see the whole. Affects - intuition, imagination, wisdom.

· Seventh Chakra-Crown Chakra. Color-violet. Located in the center of the head, above the fountain. Responsible for unity with the higher Self. Effects-Inner and outer beauty, unity with pure bliss.

Application:- Aroma Lamp: pour water, drop 5-7 drops of oil, make sure there is water in the container. Aroma pendant- 2-3 drops. For inhalations- 4-5 drops per 0.5 liters of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the aroma for 3-4 minutes. In the bath- 7-9 drops in warm water. Usage: Aroma Lamp-Put water in the lamp and pour 5-7 drops of oil, check that there is always enough water in the lamp.
