Berberine Gold uses the root bark, which contains the maximum amount of berberine. Long turmeric rhizomes help maintain joint and bone health. Long turmeric helps protect joints and maintain joint flexibility, promotes joint health. Turmeric helps maintain liver health, promotes appetite, and supports heart function.

Ingredients in 2 capsules: Barberry (Berberis vulgaris) root extract (standardized, contains 10% (70 mg) Berberine - 700mg), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), rhizome, extract - 200 mg maltodextrin, bulking agent hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetable cellulose capsule).

Usage: Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day after meals with water. Use regularly for 2 months. After 2 months of use, take a break.
