Ingredients in 2 capsules:

Amla or medicinal emblica fruit extract (2:1) powder – 1000 mg; vegetable cellulose capsule hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Usage: Adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day after meals with water. Use regularly for 2 months. After 2 months of use, take a break.

• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
• Do not use dietary supplements as a substitute for a complete and balanced diet.
• Store in a dry place, at temperatures up to 25°C, in a dark place. Protect from direct sunlight.
• Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
• Do not use during pregnancy or if pregnancy is suspected.
• Breastfeeding mothers are advised to consult a doctor before use.
